Our Approach

Luna is going to bring artisanal pizza, fresh appetizers, lovely desserts, and a full bar to Uptown Greenville NC in late summer, 2017. Located in the newly restored Coca-Cola bottling plant with eye-popping architectural detail such as original brick and tile, Luna  will feature fresh and local ingredients and an overall terrific dining experience.

Our Story

How many times have you asked, "Why can't Greenville be more like Asheville or Athens, GA, or Charlottesville, VA?" We've been asking ourselves that same question, too, so we've decided to become part of the exciting happenings in Uptown Greenville and the about-to-explode Dickinson Avenue Arts District. Luna was conceived to bring authenticity, sophistication, and fun to the fine people of Greenville and Pitt County.

Meet the Team

The management team at Luna shares much in common with each other, but perhaps most importantly, they both share a mission to bring top-notch dining experiences to the fine people of eastern North Carolina.

Richard Williams

Owner

Richard has had a lifetime passion for food. After training at the Bivero Pizza Academy, working in the kitchen of Pizzeria ZeroZero in Florence Italy, and earning the title of Pizzaiolo, Richard is excited to bring terrific, authentic food to eastern NC.

John Jefferson

General Manager & Director of Development

With 12 years in the industry, John brings a wealth of experience to the table. Additionally, he's traveling to Italy this summer to attend the Bivero Pizza Academy. With a devotion to customer satisfaction, John will ensure that each dining experience at Luna will be the best two hours you spend all day.
